If nobody in the house has used the service, ask about a free trial or take the 1-month plan at $16. That's cheaper than guessing a year and then fighting a refund. After a few stable weeks, the 6-month ($40) or 12-month ($60) cards cost less per month.

Match the calendar, not the slogan

One login, then pick a device

How zusott prices change the monthly rate

A 1-month zusott plan is $16. Three months at $31 is about $10 a month. Six months at $40 is about $7. Twelve months at $60 is $5. Those zusott prices are why people jump to a year too soon. The cheaper monthly rate only helps if the player already works on your TV.
